Fathi Abu Farah

Founder & Managing Partner

Fathi is the Managing Partner of Mutarabitoon for Audit & Consulting, prior to joining the firm; Fathi was the Managing Partner of RSM International in Jordan for 9 years. Before that he was the CFO for two multinational trading & manufacturing companies for 8 years; prior to that Fathi was Audit supervisor with an international auditor firm (Ernst & Young) in Jordan & Kuwait for 9 Years. Fathi also partner with Moore Qatar since 2012. Fathi is specialized financial consultant & assurance expert with strong academic background in the areas of audit & finance with special emphasis on external & internal audit, investment analysis and valuation, corporate finance and international financial management, with considerable regional experience for more than 20 years in audit, corporate finance, business plans and valuations, financial management and due diligence in different sectors of the economy. In addition, Fathi is Lecturer in various courses including Certified Management Accountants (CMA) and Certified Public Accountants (CPA) since over ten years as well as lecturing for different short financial & audit courses. Fathi conducted many special assignments in the private sector in terms of grants recovery expenses, corporate finance, due diligence and business plans during his work within the international firm.

Fathi has the following designations: USA CPA, Canada CPA, CMA, USA CVA, JCPA and Qatar CPA

Feras Allan

Partner

Feras is a professional Specialist in Audit & Accounting services.
Prior to joining the firm, Feras was Audit Manager with RSM Jordan for (5) Years.
In addition, Feras was actively involved in other Advisory Services,
Corporate Finance, feasibility studies, business plans development, financial modeling, Preparing and Tailoring Policies and Procedures Manuals.

He has the following certifications:

  • Master Degree majored in Financial Management.
  • Bachelor Degree majored in Accounting.
  • JCPA,MBA.
